Imperial IMGA-6028-1 60" Gas Griddle w/ Manual Controls - 1" Steel Plate, Natural Gas

The Imperial IMGA-6028-1 gas griddle is powered by natural gas and features three burners controlled manually with large knobs on the stainless steel front. It's designed for use on commercial work tables and countertops, and its four 4-inch steel legs raise the unit to a more comfortable height. The griddle's cooking surface is 60 inches wide by 24 inches deep to accommodate a large amount of food at one time. The griddle plate is made of smooth polished steel and is 1 inch thick€”a feature that allows it to retain heat evenly and for longer periods of time than a thinner plate. The griddle also features a splash guard at the back and two sides, reducing the amount of grease and batter that splatters across nearby surfaces.

Beneath the griddle plate on the Imperial IMGA-6028-1 are three burners at 12-inch intervals. Between the burners are aeration baffles that help distribute the heat evenly across the griddle plate to reduce cold spots and ensure uniform cooking. The grease collects in a 4-inch-wide grease gutter, then drains into a large grease can with a 1-gallon capacity. The grease can is removable and features a weep hole to indicate it's full. The griddle measures 60 inches wide by 32³/₈ inches deep by 14 inches tall.
