Imperial ITG-36 36" Gas Griddle w/ Thermostatic Controls - 1" Steel Plate, Natural Gas

The Imperial ITG-36 is constructed of stainless steel and equipped with precise thermostatic controls that enable operators to replicate the same cooking temperature every time they use the griddle. It's powered by natural gas and features a rear flue that spans the full width of the unit. The gas burners are ignited by a continuous pilot and supported by aeration baffles, and the aeration baffles help distribute heat evenly across the length of the griddle plate above. To retain heat long than thinner pieces, the griddle plate measures 1-inch thick and is made of polished steel.

The Imperial ITG-36 is designed for use on a commercial countertop and features four 4-inch stainless steel legs that both support the unit and bring it to a more comfortable height; the front, sides, ledge, and splash guards are also made of stainless steel. Grease drains away from the food and into a 4-inch-wide grease gutter and then into the large grease can. The grease can has a 1-gallon capacity and can be easily removed for emptying and cleaning. While the cooking surface of the griddle is 36 inches wide by 24 inches deep, the full griddle measures 36 inches wide by 32³/₈ inches deep by 14 inches tall.
