To capture grease when cooking on the Imperial ITG-60-E countertop griddle's 3/4-inch-thick griddle plate, the unit includes a 4-inch grease trough to maintain a clean work area and reduce cleaning. Front-placed thermostatic controls€”made of break-resistant plastic€”enable users to control temperatures. The griddle plate's 4-kilowat serpentine elements underneath the plate evenly heat the cooking surface.
