The Infrico IBC-ABT202C floor-model blast chiller sports a dual-style operating function that helps the unit retain the freshness, hygiene, and quality of items€”fresh or cooked. It chills up to 330 pounds from 194 to 37 degrees Fahrenheit in 90 minutes, while it blast cools 225 pounds from 194 to 0 degrees Fahrenheit in four hours. This chiller and freezer unit is operated through the assistance of a control panel with 99 customized cycles, and this panel also features a USB port. Via a forced-air system, it uses R404A hydrocarbon refrigerant to remove heat from the interior cavity. Because this refrigeration system is remote, the condenser is sold separately.

This heavy-duty Infrico IBC-ABT202C roll-in blast chiller and shock freezer sports a 300-series stainless steel construction at the front, back, and sides of the exterior, to reduce corrosion and bodily damage. It's made with an inclined ramp, which allows users to roll in single racks. To contain the items inside and lock in cold air, it's fitted with one solid door that's sealed shut with a one-piece gasket. The door's frame heats periodically to prevent the door from sticking to the cabinet. Other functions that minimize frosty conditions are a manual defrost during cycles and an automatic defrost during maintenance.
