For red and white wine, the Infrico IMD-EVV200MX two-section wine cooler has a temperature holding range between 39 and 64 degrees Fahrenheit with humidity capabilities from 50 to 70 percent. Operators can adjust the temperature to suit their product via the digital controls, and the two sections are segregated by a split-wall configuration that enables users to set each section to different temperatures. The unit uses a forced-air system for cooling.

The Infrico IMD-EVV200MX retro wine cooler improves bottle presentation with its cherry pine wood exterior finish. Its shelves have wood fronts and LED lighting to ensure the bottles are visible; this type of lighting is brighter and more energy efficient than fluorescent lighting. Each door is formed with double-paned glass and helps retain cold air in the cabinet because they self-close. Past 95 degrees, the doors stay open for convenient loading and interior cleaning.
