The reach in freezer's interior is made of stainless steel and features rounded corners that ease cleaning. It features foamed-in place high-density polyurethane to effectively maintain food-safe temperatures. The exterior is constructed of high-strength 400-series stainless steel, and the body features a total of three heavy-duty doors that remain open past 95 degrees and self-close when left ajar€”reducing the escape of the cold temperatures. To prevent the doors freezing shut the unit's heated door frame defrosts periodically.

This Infrico IRR-AN67BT reach-in freezer features a self-contained refrigeration system. This system operates through the assistance of a forced-air design, which distributes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant throughout the entirety of the interior cavity. It's supplied with an expansion valve to assist liquid-to-vapor transformation, helping the unit accurately keep temperatures at 0 degrees Fahrenheit.
