The Infrico IRT-MR67-GTCOMBO prep table offers 17 cubic feet of usable storage space as well as ample counter space to prepare custom pizzas and subs. The top side sports a VIP case€”designed for holding pans of diced produce, shredded cheese, or sliced deli meats close at hand. The VIP case maintains temperatures between 39 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit using R134a hydrocarbon refrigerant. Fresh products are used to craft sandwiches, subs, salads, and other items on the granite service top. The base of the unit features a three-section interior, which holds a total of four plastic-coated shelves, and the cold is locked in with the assistance of polyurethane insulation.

This Infrico IRT-MR67-GTCOMBO pizza prep table measures 68⁷/₈ inches wide by 32⁵/₈ inches deep by 59³/₈ inches high. It's constructed of 304 stainless steel at the top and 430 stainless steel at the interior and exterior. Inside the body is a self-contained refrigeration system that holds internal temperatures between 35 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. For simple draining, the bottom is built with an internal plug, and for simple maneuvering, this unit sits on 4-inch-diameter casters.
