These doors can be propped open past 95 degrees to streamline cabinet loading and have locks to prevent theft and after-hours tampering. Triple chamber door gaskets reduce energy use, while high-density polyurethane insulation ensures temperatures don't fluctuate during storage. This unit has a digital controller that enables convenient temperature adjustment. The cabinet has a temperature holding range of 35 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit, while the top operates in the range of 39 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit.

To hold the product, the Infrico IRT-MR93-GTCOMBO worktop prep table has four wire shelves designed to promote uniform air circulation. The shelves are plastic coated for durability, and the unit comes with universal stainless steel tray slides. Its refrigeration system is self-contained to streamline installation, and it's mounted to the side and slides out for maintenance. Made of stainless steel, this unit is durable, rust resistant, and mounted on 4-inch casters.
