The Infrico IRT-UC27P sandwich and salad prep table offers a compact frame measuring 27³/₄ inches wide by 31¹/₄ inches deep by 47¹/₄ inches high to fit flush between most equipment. It can be maneuvered into place using the 4-inch casters€”the front two of which lock for stability. The interior and exterior of this prep table is constructed of high-quality, corrosion-resistant stainless steel for strength and durability. The body is fitted with a single self-closing door that's insulated with polyurethane to lock in cold temperatures.

The cabinet offers 8 cubic feet of usable storage space and can fit two plastic-coated wire shelves supported by shelf support brackets. The upper body of this unit holds six sixth-sized polycarbonate food pans within comfortable reach of the user, and to protect items, users can cover the food with a hinged, insulated lid. The top also features a cutting board made of polyurethane that can be removed for cleaning.

The Infrico IRT-UC27P prep table features a self-contained refrigeration system. Through a forced-air system, it distributes air cooled by R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant from the front, back, and sides of the cabinet. It maintains a set temperature range between 35 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. For longevity with minimal maintenance needs, the evaporator coil is constructed of anti-corrosive material.
