Infrico IRT-UC27PMT 27 5/8" UC Series Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The single-section Infrico IRT-UC27PMT sandwich and salad prep table is made of durable stainless steel and mounted on four heavy-duty casters for easy placement in kitchen lineups. The prep table comes with nine sixth-size food pans for holding prepped sandwich and salad ingredients, which can be placed in the top of the table and behind the removable cutting board.

Additional food pans with prepared ingredients can be stored beneath the top of the Infrico IRT-UC27PMT prep table in the refrigerated base, and the refrigerated base has two plastic-coated wire shelves and offers 8 cubic feet of usable storage. The cabinet is illuminated with LED lights and features an internal drain for easy cleanup of messes and spills. The insulated cabinet is cooled using forced air and natural hydrocarbon R290 refrigerant to keep its contents at a set temperature between 35 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit for food-safe conditions.
