The Infrico IUC-MSG96 chef base measures 97 inches wide by 32¹/₂ inches deep by 26¹/₄ inches high and supports compatible countertop cooking equipment on the worktop. The interior space measures 20.6 cubic feet and is organized with the assistance of four separate self-closing drawer compartments. These drawers have heavy-duty stainless steel slides meant to support 440 pounds. The top, exterior, and interior are made of high-strength stainless steel; meanwhile, the interior is foamed in with high-density insulation to maintain optimal conditions. Additionally, this unit offers mobility with six 4-inch casters as needed.

Another temperature-keeping property of the Infrico IUC-MSG96 refrigerated storage unit is its compact, monoblock, INFRIBLOCK™ refrigeration system that's self-contained. Its forced-air powered system directs R134a hydrocarbon refrigerant around the interior cabinet, maintaining temperatures between 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit with a digital control. Through high-intense operation, the evaporator coil withstands damages as it's made of anti-corrosion material, and the condensing unit can be extracted for simplified service.
