Its 18/0 stainless steel construction is a nickel-free steel alloy that's more affordable than higher-grade 18/8 and 18/10 steel alloys and durable enough to withstand use in casual dining rooms. Its Baguette™ pattern features a raised center ridgeline that divides the handle into two clean, identical panels.
