The Jaccard 200345N Meat Maximizer™ meat tenderizer can be used with fish, poultry, and beef. Its thin, sharp, stainless steel blades pierce cuts of meat, creating channels for marinade and heat to diffuse through the meat. This tool is useful especially for cutting through connective tissue in tough cuts of meat. After use, the blade cartridge is fully removable so it can be cleaned thoroughly.
