John Boos DNB09 72" Maple Top Bakers Table w/ 4" Splash & Open Base, 30"D

Designed for use in bakeries, the John Boos DNB09 work table has a hard rock maple top that doesn't conduct temperatures like metal; this prevents it from getting cool and making dough too firm. This top has antimicrobial protection to slow bacterial growth, and the built-in, 4-inch riser catches ingredients to keep floors clean. The unit's mounted on four galvanized legs with bullet feet and sturdy crossbracings.
