John Boos DNB11 96" Maple Top Bakers Table w/ 4" Splash & Open Base, 30"D
The John Boos DNB11 baker's table has a 13/4-inch-thick hard rock maple top; this material is better insulated than stainless steel, so it doesn't get as cool and make dough too firm to work. Its top has a 4-inch riser that prevents items from falling off. Because the table is 96 inches long, it's mounted on six galvanized legs and has adjustable crossbracings that keep the unit stable. Bullet feet stabilize it on uneven flooring.
