Great for working dough in bakeries, the 13/4-inch-thick hard rock maple top on this John Boos DNB17 baker's table doesn't get cold like steel. Because it's warm and well insulated, the wood prevents dough from getting too firm. The top's 4-inch riser surrounds the rear and sides, and its coved design eliminates debris-trapping cracks and crevices to streamline cleaning. Its base has an open layout with six galvanized legs, which have crossbracings to ensure a sturdy base.
