The John Boos DSB07 maple top baker's table has an antimicrobial coated top that slows the growth of bacteria, reducing the spread of germs and the risk of cross contamination. It's positioned on legs made of stainless steel to resist rust when the floor is mopped, and the top is 13/4 inches thick, providing a place for employees to work. To prevent messes from splattering, the back and sides have a 4-inch backsplash.
