Enabling kitchen staff to stack dirty dishes on one board and clean ones of the other, the John Boos E1S8-1620-12T18 compartment sink has a drainboard on either side of the bowl. Its backsplash catches food and sink spray in order to protect the wall behind the sink, and the sink's corners are coved, which reduces the number of places contaminants and food debris can build up.
