Its welded construction is polished to hide any exposed areas, reducing the risk of cuts caused by rough surfaces. For durability, this unit is made of stainless steel, which is resistant to rust, dents, and scratches. This 18-gauge metal is thinner than 14- and 16-guage alternatives, so it's better suited for manual prepping such as chopping and cutting. Additional items can be stored on the galvanized undershelf, which is adjustable if needed.
