John Boos GT-100 Grease Interceptor w/ 50 GPM Capacity, Carbon Steel, Size #100
The John Boos GT-100 grease interceptor is used in dishrooms to remove fat, oil, and grease from water, preventing it from solidifying in the pipes and causing water backup. Deposits float to the top of the interceptor and are captured by the baffle, which is removable to simplify cleaning. Water flows through the drain in the bottom, and air is pushed out of the relief. The John Boos GT-100 grease interceptor is made of 1/8-inch-thick carbon steel for strength.
