John Boos GT-30 Grease Interceptor w/ 15 lb GPM Capacity, Carbon Steel, Size #30

The John Boos GT-30 grease interceptor collects grease, fat, and oil from water to prevent deposits from solidifying and causing a blockage in water pipes. Fat, oil, and grease rises to the top of the interceptor, where it is captured by the baffle, and water is then sent through the drain to be disposed. The John Boos GT-30 grease interceptor has a 30-pound grease capacity and a non-skid cover that locks in place. Constructed of carbon steel, the unit is heavy duty and strong.
