The John Boos GT-50 grease interceptor has a 50-pound capacity for holding fat, grease, and oil. These deposits are collected and held by the removable baffle to prevent them from solidifying in pipes and causing a blockage. Water is sent through the drain after particles are removed, and the TIG-welded body of the John Boos GT-50 grease interceptor is durable. It also has a carbon steel construction to add strength to the unit.
