The John Boos JDTS-20-50UCR undercounter dish table can hold dirty dishes as they wait to be loaded into the dishmachine after they are rinsed and scrapped. It has one basin that can be used for rinsing procedures, and its top is made of 16-gauge stainless steel to support the weight of dirty dishes without denting or bending. To streamline drainage, the bowl is formed and has a 31/2-inch drain opening.
