Inside the John Boos JDTS-20-60UCL undercounter dish table's bowl, all vertical and horizontal corners are coved to prevent the accumulation of food residue and microbial growth. It's designed for passing dishes from left to right after scrapping and rinsing so they can be loaded into the dishmachine for cleaning. To support the weight of accumulated dirty dishes, the table's top is made of 16-gauge stainless steel, and the legs are a crumple-resistant tubular shape.
