Ideal for manual and light-duty prepping with small equipment such as dicers, corers, blenders, and mixers, the John Boos LT6R5-3072SSW adjustable worktable has a 16-gauge stainless steel top. This gauge is the standard option between lightweight 18-gauge metal and heavyweight 14-gauge metal. Because the tabletop height is adjustable with a hydraulic hand crank, operators can lower the table to ADA-compliant working height. Its hand crank can be folded to prevent it from getting in the way. The tabletop has a 5-inch backsplash that catches splatter, while a fixed undershelf is integrated into the unit for supply storage.
