John Boos ST6-3030GBK-X 30" 16 ga Work Table w/ 300 Series Stainless Flat Top
Ideal for prepping by hand or with dicers, choppers, mixers, and other small pieces of equipment, the John Boos ST6-3030GBK standard-duty work table has a 16-gauge stainless steel top. Because this metal is thinner than 14 gauge and thicker than 18 gauge, it's a good option for standard-duty applications. Its top is flat and has side edges turned down 90 degrees to support flush wall placement. More comfortable and safer, the front and back edges are duller. The unit has adjustable galvanized steel crossbars that improve strength and stainless steel bullet feet that help prevent wobbling on uneven surfaces.
