The John Boos ST6R5-24108GSK work table provides users a 108-inch-wide working surface made of 16-gauge stainless steel and reinforced with a full-length support channel to withstand heavy use. While suited for hand prep tasks, this table may not be optimal for use with heavy equipment such as meat slicers, large mixers, or filled stockpots. To keep the surrounding area clean, it's designed with a 5-inch rear backsplash and its 90-degree side turndowns enable the unit to fit snugly against neighboring equipment. For additional storage, this table has a galvanized steel undershelf and rests on adjustable bullet feet to ensure a level working surface, even on uneven floors.
