Made of 16-gauge stainless steel, the top of this John Boos ST6R5-2448SSK work table is ideal for medium-duty prep work with small equipment or by hand. Its 5-inch-tall backsplash catches splatter and its front stallion edge reduces sharpness for user safety. Because the side edges are flat, they can be lined up flush against equipment and walls. The base has an adjustable undershelf that can hold supplies and is mounted on adjustable bullet feet that prevent wobbling on uneven ground.
