The 84-inch-wide John Boos ST6R5-2484SSK work table is great for high-volume prep work by hand or with small equipment such as blenders, mixers, processors, and dicers. Its top is made of 16-gauge stainless steel, which is the medium-duty option between heavy 14 gauge and light 18 gauge. The unit has a 5-inch rear splash guard, keeping the back wall clean and dry. Its front edge has a rounded stallion design that's less sharp than the end edges, which are flat for placement against walls. The table top is mounted on stainless steel legs with adjustable bullet feet that maintain stability. With an adjustable stainless steel undershelf, the table has plenty of space for supplies storage.
