The John Boos ST6R5-3024SSK-X work table is positioned on stainless steel legs that resist rust and corrosion caused by mop water and cleaning chemicals. The top is made of stainless steel, as well, and with its 16-gauge construction, it's durable enough to withstand extensive prep work when users are working by hand or with blenders, mixers, and other small pieces of equipment. When installing this unit on an uneven floor, the bullet feet can be adjusted, and the undershelf is also adjustable to hold supplies near the prep area.
