Enabling employees to slice, cut, and prepare food by hand or with small equipment, the top is made of strong, 16-gauge stainless steel. The legs are galvanized, ensuring the table doesn't collapse when heavy items are placed on it, and the bullet feet can be adjusted to position the table on rough surfaces.
