The John Boos UBIB-1836-CP7-X underbar cocktail unit has an insulated bin for holding ice. It features a seven-circuit cold plate to keep soda lines cold during service. The bin is insulated to slow the rate at which the ice melts for a long holding period. The 131/2-inch drain removes water from melted ice.
The John Boos UBIB-1836-CP7-X underbar ice bin and cocktail unit's body is composed of 18-gauge, 300-series stainless steel for a durable, corrosion-resistant build. The body stays upright with the assistance of stainless steel legs with side bracing. The adjustable stainless steel bullet feet provide stability on tiled and smooth floors alike. The 2-piece lid provides access inside the compartment when needed.
