John Boos UBIB-2130-CP7-X 30" Underbar Ice Bin/Cocktail Unit w/ 7 Circuit Cold Plate - 21"D x 32 1/2"H, Stainless

The John Boos UBIB-2130-CP7-X underbar ice machine and cocktail unit is constructed with access plates on the top of the 3-inch-high backsplash for soda gun lines. These soda lines are kept cool with the seven-circuit cold plate. The ice bin is insulated to maintain cold temperatures and slow the rate at which ice melts. This compartment is accessed through the two-piece sliding top lid.

The interior of the John Boos UBIB-2130-CP7-X ice machine has an integrated drain that facilitates cleaning and draining. The exterior is made of 18-gauge stainless steel for durability, corrosion resistance, and a long product lifespan. The unit is stabilized with the assistance of stainless steel legs that feature side bracing, and the customizable bullet feet are adjustable. A speed rail can be attached via the front pre-drilled holes to keep spirits close at hand.
