John Boos UBIB-2136-CP10-X 36" Underbar Ice Bin/Cocktail Unit w/ 10 Circuit Cold Plate - 21"D x 32 1/2"H, Stainless
Featuring a 131/2-inch-deep ice bin, the John Boos UBIB-2136-CP10-X underbar ice bin and cocktail unit serves as an addition to established cocktail stations and can connect via the threaded insert. An insert is provided for adding a speed rail to the front of the unit. Allowing room for section inserts, the lid of the ice bin is two pieces that slide.
The John Boos UBIB-2136-CP10-X underbar ice bin with cocktail section is constructed of durable 18-gauge, 300-series stainless steel, which resists corrosion. In addition to the heavy-duty build, the 10-circuit cold plate allows for transfer of cold from the ice to drink lines running in the bottom of the ice bin, which helps ensure beverages are cold at service. The side braces assist the stainless steel legs while holding the weight of the unit and its contents.
