The John Boos UFBLG4830 commercial work table's top is made of 18-gauge stainless steel€”an economical alternative to heavy-duty 14 gauge and standard 16 gauge. With this level of durability, the table is best for prep stations that don't hold equipment and are instead used for cutting and dressing product by hand. Because the top has a rear upturned edge, it keeps prepping messes contained. The side edges are straight and designed to be placed against the wall, while the front edge's duller finish eliminates uncomfortable sharpness. The galvanized steel legs include an adjustable undershelf and are mounted on adjustable bullet feet that prevent wobbling on uneven surfaces.
