Measuring 60 inches by 24 inches, the John Boos UFBLG6024 economy work table provides space for prep work in commercial kitchens. Because the top is made of 18-gauge stainless steel, it isn't as durable as 14-gauge and 16-gauge metals; this makes it ideal for prepping by hand without small pieces of equipment. The top has 90-degree side edges that line up flush with walls, a safety front edge that's comfortable to lean against, and an upturn rear edge that catches liquid. An undershelf on this table provides space for supplies, and it has an adjustable design to accommodate different items.
