The John Boos UFBLG8424 commercial work table's 84-inch by 24-inch top is made of 18-gauge stainless steel€”a corrosion-resistant metal that's the most economical option for a work surface. With its strength level, the table is ideal for prepping by hand without equipment. The rear edge has an upturned design that keeps messes contained, and the front edge is more rounded than the sides for comfort while working. Because the side edges are 90 degrees, they can be placed against equipment, walls, and other flat surfaces. This unit has an adjustable undershelf for supplies storage and remains level on uneven surfaces with 1-inch bullet feet.
