Made of light-duty, 18-gauge 430-series stainless steel, the worktop on this John Boos UFBLG8430 economy table is ideal for prep work that can be done by hand. It measures 84 inches wide, providing plenty of space for large-volume work in busy kitchens. The stallion front edge helps prevent staff members from accidentally bumping into sharp corners, while the sides are turned down at a 90-degree angle to enable flush installation against flat surfaces. The base is made of corrosion-resistant galvanized steel and has an undershelf to hold supplies close to the prep station.
