The John Boos UFBLS3618 worktable is made of 18-gauge stainless steel, which is thinner than 16 gauge or 14 gauge but durable enough for employees to perform prep work by hand. It has a 11/2-inch backsplash on the top that prevents messes from splattering on the wall behind the unit, and it's positioned on adjustable bullet feet that can stabilize the table on uneven floors. To store important supplies nearby, the table has an adjustable undershelf, and to reduce injury, its stallion safety edge front is smooth.
