The John Boos UFBLS4824 worktable is made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. Its top is 18 gauge, which is thinner than 16-gauge and 14-gauge options yet strong enough for employees to slice, dice, and chop food while preparing it. Keeping supplies close at hand, the bottom has an adjustable undershelf, and to stabilize the table on uneven floors, it's positioned on adjustable bullet feet. Ensuring messes don't sling and hit the wall, the top has a 11/2-inch backsplash.
