The undershelf on the John Boos UFBLS6024 worktable can be adjusted to hold small and large items, and the bullet feet are also adjustable to prevent the table from tipping over. Reducing the risk of injury caused by sharp corners, the front has a smooth stallion safety edge. For durability, the top is made of 18-gauge stainless steel, and it's 60 inches wide so employees can assemble food. This material is thinner than 16-gauge and 14-gauge alternatives, but it still provides protection against rust and corrosion.
