The Kold-Draft GTX564AC X-Series large-cube ice machine can produce 502 pounds of ice daily and has a self-contained, air-cooled condenser. Durability is provided by its stainless steel construction, and to save space, it can be stacked with other X-Series ice makers. It uses R404A refrigerant to remove heat from the box and create full-cube ice, which is perfect for bags, tall drinks, craft cocktails, and pitchers. Full cubes melt more slowly than other ice types without taking up as much room as smaller ice types. An LCD display helps staff monitor the operating status, and the plastic top and louvers can be removed. All corners are rounded and can be wiped down quickly.

The Kold-Draft GTX564AC ice maker has a built-in fan and motor that pull cool air through the condenser. Its ice level probe senses when the bin is full and pauses operation to prevent overflow. This ice machine has an innovative horizontal evaporator on a molded water plate as well as separate refrigerated cells that pump in water and freeze it from the outside. Along with ensuring slow-melting ice, this process prevents impurities and minerals from getting trapped. Full-cube ice is larger and stronger than other ice forms.
