Lakeside 6910 10 Tray Ambient Meal Delivery Cart

The Lakeside 6910 meal delivery cart can carry 10 standard hospital trays at a time, so it can be used to serve a small ward or other patient area. This non-insulated tray truck can be used for hot or cold foods, though isn't the best choice for carrying hot meals over long distances unless a pellet system is used. It does not maintain safe product temperatures for cold food over extended periods.

The 6-inch swivel casters on the Lakeside 6910 Premier Series tray truck are designed to traverse indoor corridors and doorways; however, this cart should not be used on rough terrain. Its angle-type ledge slides are designed to allow 5 inches of clearance between trays when fully loaded, which should accommodate most meal delivery system sets. Its stainless steel cabinet is sturdy and corrosion resistant, so it should provide long-lasting service.
