Lakeside 831 18 Tray Ambient Meal Delivery Cart
The Lakeside 831 Premier Series™ tray truck can hold 18 food trays. It has a single compartment that is fully enclosed to prevent trays from falling out during transport. Its tray slides are spaced 5 inches apart.
The Lakeside 831 meal delivery cart is best suited for short trips from the kitchen to the serving area because it's not insulated or heated. This cart is made of stainless steel, so it's durable enough to withstand repeated use in a demanding environment. For ease of transport, this unit is mounted on four 6-inch casters.
