Lincoln 1117-000-U 56" Gas Impinger Conveyor Oven - Liquid Propane

The Lincoln 1117-000-U oven is a front-loading, single-deck unit that measures 56 inches wide by 39 inches deep by 42 inches high. Its sides, front, and top are made of stainless steel€”a resilient metal that's simple to clean and corrosion resistant. Powered by LP gas, this unit has a total output of 40,000 BTUs. The direction of its conveyor can be reversed to accommodate different kitchen layouts.

To reduce the risk of burn injuries, the Lincoln 1117-000-U pizza oven's glass access door is fitted with a cool-touch handle. It features digital controls with an on/off switch as well as a fluorescent display that indicates temperature, belt speed, and diagnostic messages. Operators can adjust this unit's cook time between 1 and 30 minutes and its temperature range between 250 and 575 degrees Fahrenheit. If opting for the optional FastBake™ technology, users can expect faster cook times with no loss of quality or increase in noise.
