Lincoln 1400-FB2G 73" Gas Double Impinger Conveyor Oven - Natural Gas

This Lincoln 1400-FB2G Impinger™ I oven is a double-stack unit that includes two conveyor ovens with glass access doors and cool-to-the-touch handles, removable FastBake™ finger assembles, two take-off shelves, and a low stand with casters. Both ovens feature a 73-inch-wide by 32-inch-deep conveyor belt that can be reversed to accommodate various kitchen spaces for flexibility. For durability and corrosion resistance, this 78-inch-wide by 58-inch-deep by 64⁵/₈-inch-high unit's top, front, and sides are constructed of rugged stainless steel.

For quick, high-volume baking, the Lincoln 1400-FB2G conveyor ovens operate with advanced air impingement and FastBake technologies. These systems use high heat to eliminate cold halos and reduce cook times by as much as 35 percent. Each oven's temperature can be set from 260 to 600 degrees Fahrenheit with bake times from 1 to 30 minutes. The digital controls are simple to use and feature fluorescent displays to show temperatures, conveyor belt speeds, and diagnostic messages. Once users set controls, settings are automatically locked to prevent inadvertent adjustments that could impact baking results. When cleaning or maintenance is required, the finger assemblies and conveyor belts can be removed.
