Lincoln 1600-2G 73" Gas Low Profile Double Impinger Conveyor Oven - Liquid Propane

This Lincoln 1600-2G Impinger™ Low Profile double-stack oven package includes two complete ovens with glass access windows, customer-specific radiant finger setups, two take-off shelves, and a high stand with casters. Each oven includes a 73-inch-wide by 32-inch-deep conveyor belt with a 40-inch baking chamber. To accommodate various kitchen configurations, the direction of the belts can be reversed with the corresponding AC motors. Although this unit is equipped with two ovens, it measures 80 inches wide by 60¹/₂ inches wide by 63³/₈ inches high€”the same length and depth as its single-stack counterparts€”to accommodate compact kitchens. It can also be stacked with another Low Profile series oven to increase capacity.

Powered by LP gas, this Lincoln 1600-2G double-stack conveyorized oven uses advanced air impingement technology€”a rapid-heating mechanism that moves hot air through perforations to create jets that penetrate cold food halos. Great for pizzas, pastas, sandwiches, and more, each oven's temperature can be set from 260 to 600 degrees Fahrenheit, while its cook times can be modified from 1 to 30 minutes. Once controls are set, they can be locked to prevent unexpected adjustments that could affect product quality. Each section's fluorescent displays show temperature, belt speed, and diagnostic messages so staff can monitor the ovens at a glance. To promote regular cleanings, the finger assemblies can be removed from its front doors, while the conveyor belts can be extracted from the side.
