Lincoln 1600-3G 73" Gas Low Profile Triple Impinger Conveyor Oven - Natural Gas
For high-traffic pizzerias, the Lincoln 1600-3G Impinger™ conveyor oven is equipped with three complete ovens. Each deck features a 73-inch-wide by 32-inch-deep conveyor belt with a glass access window, cool-to-the-touch handle, and customer-specific finger setup for accommodating specific menus. Though it's the largest configuration in the Low Profile™ series, this 663/8-inch-high unit measures 80 inches wide by 601/2 inches deep€”the same measurements as single- and double-deck options in the collection. To facilitate transport for cleaning or maintenance, this oven package is positioned on a high stand with casters. Made of stainless steel, its top, sides, and front resist rust, corrosion, and wear to withstand frequent use.
This conveyorized oven rapidly cooks, heats, bakes, or crisps product using advanced air impingement technology; this method directs jets of hot air toward food on the conveyor belt to eliminate the cold halo that can slow cooking. This natural-gas-powered unit can produce and maintain temperatures between 250 and 600 degrees Fahrenheit for each oven, and staff can set temperatures and cook time on the three digital control panels. To prevent unexpected adjustments, settings can be locked during operation, and each deck's fluorescent display provides an easy-to-read update on temperature, belt speed, and diagnostic messages.
To accommodate various kitchen requirements, the belts' directions in this Lincoln 1600-EG conveyor oven can be reversed; these belts also feature a product-stop mechanism that holds pizza, sandwiches, or pasta bakes for longer periods to ensure they're properly cooked. Staff can load contents into the glass doors, which provide a view of the browning process and include cool-to-the-touch handles. To ease cleaning and maintenance, these belts can be extracted from the removable side.
