Lincoln 3240-000-R 78" Electric Impinger Conveyor Oven - 208v/3ph

For quick, consistent results, the Lincoln 3240-000-R Impinger™ conveyor oven uses a combination of advanced air impingement and FastBake™ technologies. Together, these mechanisms direct high heat toward foods on the conveyor belt to penetrate cold halos that could otherwise lengthen cook times. Despite using pressurized jets of heated air, these systems don't increase noise levels or affect product quality. With the front-facing digital control panel, operators can modify temperatures to cook pizza, pasta, or sandwiches and can adjust cook time between 1 and 30 minutes. Settings are automatically locked out to prevent inadvertent adjustment, and for performance management, its fluorescent display shows conveyor speed, temperature, and diagnostic messages.

This Lincoln 3240-000-R single-belt conveyor oven measures 77⁷³/₁₀₀ inches wide by 60³/₂₀ inches deep by 21⁶³/₁₀₀ inches high and includes a single 40-inch-wide baking chamber. Operators can deposit foods using the glass loading door, and for simplified cleaning the large front panel provides access to the unit's detachable finger assemblies and conveyor belt. This rust-, corrosion-, and wear-resistant stainless steel unit can be stacked with two other Impinger-series conveyor ovens to maximize output as demands evolve.
