Lincoln 3240-1L 78" Gas Impinger Conveyor Oven - Liquid Propane

This Lincoln 3240-1L conveyor oven package features a liquid-propane-powered single-deck conveyor oven with a 40-inch-wide baking chamber to cook pizzas, desserts, sandwiches, breadsticks, and more. This 77⁷³/₁₀₀-inch-wide by 60³/₂₀-inch-deep by 46⁴/₅-inch-high oven is elevated on a mobile stand to ease cleaning beneath it and simplify transport. To withstand heavy-duty use, it's made of durable, rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. Its large front panel can be removed for finger assembly access, and the conveyor belt can be removed from the right-side opening.

To accommodate specific baking requirements, users can adjust the bake time from 1 to 30 minutes with the Lincoln 3240-1L single-deck oven's front-facing digital controls. For products that need less cook time, users can access the midpoint of the oven with the half-pass door. Once controls are set, they are automatically locked to prevent tampering or accidental adjustments. The improved-view fluorescent display shows temperature, belt speed, and diagnostic messages so users can manage performance. For quick, efficient heating, this unit uses advanced air impingement and FastBake™ technology to eliminate cold halos, reduce cook times, and preserve product quality.
